Lucifer's torch rising,

Prevailing radiance

Filling the skies.

Flower,

Unravelling beauty.

Pulchritude,

Glorious?

Passing by,

Yet eternal.

Evanescence of time,

Leaves not a

Transient scar.

I gaze,

In midst of Autumn

Wind,

Waiting,

Hoping for

Flower,

To faithfully

Confide.

Flower,

Glistening in dusk.

Agony,

Fading away.

Sentiments,

Tarnishing.

Elegance,

Grace,

Forever engraved.
